As Experience Designer, I was responsible for crafting cross-functional experiences that delighted our users and boosted adidas.com’s commercial success.
Working across multiple product teams, I managed the entire product pipeline: from trend analysis to ideation, prototyping, testing, and rollout. I also completed the Adidas management development program and dedicated 20% of my time to coaching and mentoring, both within and outside the company.
What follows is a showcase of my work on immersive experiences and listing pages driven by dynamic content. What you won't see here is the behind-the-scenes, the days spent building relationships between global and local markets, improving team workflows, and refining countless design systems.

1. Conducted a design sprint to gather inputs from business stakeholders, user research on consumer expectations, and a comprehensive competitor analysis.
2. Partnered with the data science team to develop a proof of concept for a smart listing page. In the first iteration, listing pages adapted to key data points reflecting user intent, such as traffic origin, number of products on the page, and product category.
3. Integrated the STAMP algorithm to predict users' most profitable next-best action on a given page. By leveraging these insights, we introduced component-based nudges that resulted in significant RPV gains and a much more delightful user experience.
